If you add Voice AI, it answers the calls you pick: overflow, after hours, or every call first. It asks your questions, books the job on your calendar and transfers the call when a caller needs a person.

Picking a voice

  • Pick the voice you’d want answering your own phone. Clear and calm usually beats flashy.
  • Listen once on your phone’s speaker too. That’s closer to how your callers will hear it.
  • The samples are the voice makers’ own words. Your assistant uses your business name and the questions you approve.
  • Whatever voice you pick, it says it’s an AI assistant when asked.

How it gets set up

  • Tell us the voice name on your call or during setup.
  • We set your assistant to that voice and check it with a test call before it goes live.
  • Want a different voice later? Changing it uses your monthly configuration change.

Voice AI is optional. It has no monthly fee and is billed on what it uses, at our actual platform cost plus 5%.
