For moving companies

Every moving quote request answered within 60 seconds, even at 10 pm.

Quote requests come in at night and on weekends, while your crews are on a truck. The Automated Revenue System replies within 60 seconds, asks your quote questions, books walkthroughs and keeps following up on every open quote.

Watch it work, in under a minute.

A missed call becomes a booked job, a review request and a Monday report. Press play when you have a minute. Captions are on, and every name, lead and message in it is demo data.

Under a minute. Every name, lead and message in it is demo data; the price at the end is the real one.

The price in the video: $3,997 setup + $697/month. The full terms:

Setup
$3,997 one time, due at signing by card or ACH. The agreement offer expires 7 days after it is sent, and the intake call can be booked once the setup payment has cleared. Non-refundable once the intake call has happened, because build work starts that day.
Monthly
$697/month from go-live, billed monthly in advance.
Minimum term
6 months from go-live, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Revisions and approval
2 website revision rounds before go-live; after that, changes use the monthly bundled configuration change. A website preview with no response by day 14 after you receive it (reminders on days 3, 7 and 10) is deemed approved, and go-live proceeds.
Failed payments
A failed payment is retried on days 1, 3 and 7, with a link to update your payment method. If it is still unpaid on day 14, outbound automation pauses. Inbound calls keep ringing you.
Usage
$75/month included at actual platform cost, covering phone, text and your assistant's AI usage combined: domestic calls, SMS and MMS segments, transactional email, text and chat AI, review AI and your assistant's own AI usage. Voice AI calls and inbound SpamBlock calls never draw from it. Unused allowance does not roll over. Above that: actual platform cost plus 5%, billed monthly in arrears; an amount under $5 carries to the next usage invoice.
Voice AI
Optional. Usage only, no monthly fee: actual platform cost plus 5%, billed monthly in arrears. A call that reaches Voice AI counts as Voice AI for its whole length, and it never draws from the $75.
SpamBlock
Included in the monthly. Never billed as usage.
Never
No performance fee, no revenue share, no reconciliation.
Same for everyone
One price for every client: no tiers, no discounts on the monthly, no per-seat pricing, no custom quotes.

Where moving leads slip through.

  • Quotes sent to everyone

A family planning a move may ask several movers for a quote at once. A reply that asks real questions and offers a time to talk keeps your quote in front of them.

  • Nights and weekends

Most people plan a move after work and on Saturdays. A quote request that waits until Monday morning has often already been answered by someone else.

  • Dates that cannot slip

The lease ends when it ends. Month-end and summer weeks fill up fast, and a slow reply can mean the date is gone before you call back.

How the system is set up for moving.

The same Automated Revenue System every client gets, set up for your calls, your questions and your calendar. No Northline person answers, calls or texts your leads; AI and automation handle the routine steps, and your team closes the work.

  • A phone menu set for moving calls

SpamBlock answers your business line with a short keypress menu for your trade, with an after-hours branch. Pressing a key rings your phone; robocalls that never press a key stop at the menu. Every caller who picks an option is saved as a lead, with any voicemail.

  • Missed calls get a text back

When the office is on another call or the crew is loading a truck, the caller gets an automatic text back once your texting registration is approved, before they move on to the next mover on their list.

  • A reply within 60 seconds, day or night

Every new lead from your website, chat, text or supported social messages gets its first automated response within 60 seconds, day or night: email always, text when the lead consented and texting is approved.

  • An AI assistant that asks your quote questions

On text, website chat and supported social messages it asks what you approve (move date, from and to, home size, stairs or elevator, packing), books walkthroughs or quote calls on your calendar and hands off anything it should not answer. It says it is an AI assistant when asked.

  • Reminders and quote follow-up

Confirmations and reminders before every walkthrough and every move, no-show recovery, and automatic follow-up on every open quote. A review request goes out after every job. What the customer writes is up to them.

  • A weekly dropped-ball report

Every week: unanswered leads, estimates older than 3 days and missed calls not returned, so nothing goes quiet without someone seeing it.

Example menu

  1. Press 1 for a moving quote.
  2. Press 2 for a move already booked.
  3. Press 3 for billing or anything else.
Example wording. Your menu is set for your services, with a separate branch after hours.

Three messages, and what the system does with each.

Example messages to a fictional company, Example Moving Co.. Made-up wording to show how the system is set up to work, not customer records or results.

  1. Example: late-night quote request

Website chat · 10:15 pm on a Sunday

Moving a 3-bedroom across town on the 30th. Do you have a crew that day, and roughly what would it cost?
What the system doesThe AI assistant replies within 60 seconds, asks your approved questions (both addresses, stairs, big items, packing) and offers a walkthrough or quote call from your calendar. Pricing questions get only the answers you approved; the rest go to you.
  2. Example: text from a lead

Text · a Saturday in June

Got a few quotes already. Can you do a Friday morning start, and do you bring boxes?
What the system doesThe assistant answers from the facts you approved, such as the supplies you sell, books a quote call on your calendar and sends a confirmation and reminders before it.
  3. Example: missed call

Phone · pressed 1 for a moving quote

Hi, we need movers at the end of the month, two-bedroom apartment, third floor. Please call me back.
What the system doesThe caller is saved as a lead with the voicemail and gets a text back once texting is approved. After you send the quote, follow-up runs automatically, and a quote older than 3 days shows on the weekly dropped-ball report.

Seasonal campaigns, planned every month.

The monthly strategy call covers what’s working, what to change and the season ahead. The campaign is set up with that month’s configuration change, alongside the Google Business Profile post and the new page or FAQ the monthly includes. Texts go only to people who agreed to hear from you; ads and cold outreach aren’t part of the system.

Example campaigns

  • Spring

    Summer dates before they fill

A message to past leads who asked about a summer move and agreed to hear from you, a Google Business Profile post and a seasonal FAQ page on your site.

  • Month-end weeks

Menu and replies tuned for the rush

The after-hours branch and the AI assistant responses adjusted for end-of-month volume, so callers with a move this week reach you first.

  • Fall

    Quotes that went quiet

A follow-up to open quotes from the summer, for the moves that got pushed back.

  • Winter

    Off-season moves

Winter moving questions answered on your site and in a profile post, with booking links that go straight to your calendar while the schedule has room.
