For plumbing contractors

Every plumbing call answered and followed up, even at 2 am.

A burst pipe does not wait for the office to open, and the phone rings while you are under a sink. The Automated Revenue System screens the call, saves the lead, replies within 60 seconds and keeps following up, so your plumbers spend their time on the jobs that fit.

Watch it work, in under a minute.

A missed call becomes a booked job, a review request and a Monday report. Press play when you have a minute. Captions are on, and every name, lead and message in it is demo data.

Under a minute. Every name, lead and message in it is demo data; the price at the end is the real one.

The price in the video: $3,997 setup + $697/month. The full terms:

Setup
$3,997 one time, due at signing by card or ACH. The agreement offer expires 7 days after it is sent, and the intake call can be booked once the setup payment has cleared. Non-refundable once the intake call has happened, because build work starts that day.
Monthly
$697/month from go-live, billed monthly in advance.
Minimum term
6 months from go-live, then month-to-month with 30 days' notice to cancel.
Revisions and approval
2 website revision rounds before go-live; after that, changes use the monthly bundled configuration change. A website preview with no response by day 14 after you receive it (reminders on days 3, 7 and 10) is deemed approved, and go-live proceeds.
Failed payments
A failed payment is retried on days 1, 3 and 7, with a link to update your payment method. If it is still unpaid on day 14, outbound automation pauses. Inbound calls keep ringing you.
Usage
$75/month included at actual platform cost, covering phone, text and your assistant's AI usage combined: domestic calls, SMS and MMS segments, transactional email, text and chat AI, review AI and your assistant's own AI usage. Voice AI calls and inbound SpamBlock calls never draw from it. Unused allowance does not roll over. Above that: actual platform cost plus 5%, billed monthly in arrears; an amount under $5 carries to the next usage invoice.
Voice AI
Optional. Usage only, no monthly fee: actual platform cost plus 5%, billed monthly in arrears. A call that reaches Voice AI counts as Voice AI for its whole length, and it never draws from the $75.
SpamBlock
Included in the monthly. Never billed as usage.
Never
No performance fee, no revenue share, no reconciliation.
Same for everyone
One price for every client: no tiers, no discounts on the monthly, no per-seat pricing, no custom quotes.

Where plumbing leads slip through.

  • Leaks and no water

Water on the floor or no water at all is urgent to the homeowner. If nobody picks up, they call the next plumber on the list, while your crew is on a job with wet hands.

  • After hours

Pipes burst and drains back up at night and on holidays. A voicemail returned the next morning can be too late for someone with water on the floor.

  • Water heater estimates

A water heater replacement is a real decision, and people compare prices. You send the estimate, get pulled into emergencies, and nobody follows up.

How the system is set up for plumbing.

The same Automated Revenue System every client gets, set up for your calls, your questions and your calendar. No Northline person answers, calls or texts your leads; AI and automation handle the routine steps, and your team closes the work.

  • A phone menu set for plumbing calls

SpamBlock answers your business line with a short keypress menu for your trade, with an after-hours branch. Pressing a key rings your phone; robocalls that never press a key stop at the menu. Every caller who picks an option is saved as a lead, with any voicemail.

  • Missed calls get a text back

When nobody can pick up, the caller gets an automatic text back once your texting registration is approved, so the conversation starts before they dial the next plumber.

  • A reply within 60 seconds, day or night

Every new lead from your website, chat, text or supported social messages gets its first automated response within 60 seconds, day or night: email always, text when the lead consented and texting is approved.

  • An AI assistant that asks your questions

On text, website chat and supported social messages it asks what you approve (address, what is leaking or backed up, whether the water is shut off), books the leads that fit on your calendar and hands off anything it should not answer. It says it is an AI assistant when asked.

  • Reminders and estimate follow-up

Confirmations and reminders before every visit, no-show recovery, and automatic follow-up on open water heater and repipe estimates. A review request goes out after every job. What the customer writes is up to them.

  • A weekly dropped-ball report

Every week: unanswered leads, estimates older than 3 days and missed calls not returned, so nothing goes quiet without someone seeing it.

Example menu

  1. Press 1 for a leak, a backup or no water.
  2. Press 2 for a water heater or other estimate.
  3. Press 3 for a job already scheduled.
Example wording. Your menu is set for your services, with a separate branch after hours.

Three messages, and what the system does with each.

Example messages to a fictional company, Example Plumbing & Drain. Made-up wording to show how the system is set up to work, not customer records or results.

  1. Example: after-hours text

    Text · 11:20 pm on a Saturday

Pipe under the kitchen sink is spraying water. I turned the valve off but it is still dripping. Can someone come tonight?
What the system doesThe AI assistant replies within 60 seconds, asks for the address and what is happening, then follows your after-hours rules: offer the first open time on your calendar, or hand it to you with the details.
  2. Example: website chat

Website chat · a weekday morning

Our water heater is 14 years old and the water is only lukewarm. Do you replace tankless too? What would a new one run?
What the system doesThe assistant answers from the facts you approved, such as the brands and types you install, and books an estimate visit on your calendar. Price questions get only the answers you approved; the rest go to you.
  3. Example: missed call

Phone · pressed 2 for a water heater or other estimate

Hi, we got a quote last week for a new water heater and had a couple of questions. Call me back when you can.
What the system doesThe caller is saved as a lead with the voicemail and gets a text back once texting is approved. The open estimate keeps getting follow-up, and an estimate older than 3 days shows on the weekly dropped-ball report.

Seasonal campaigns, planned every month.

The monthly strategy call covers what’s working, what to change and the season ahead. The campaign is set up with that month’s configuration change, alongside the Google Business Profile post and the new page or FAQ the monthly includes. Texts go only to people who agreed to hear from you; ads and cold outreach aren’t part of the system.

Example campaigns

  • Fall

    Water heater checks before winter

A check-up reminder to past customers who agreed to hear from you, a Google Business Profile post and a seasonal FAQ page on your site.

  • Winter

What to do when a pipe freezes

Frozen-pipe questions answered on your site and in a profile post, with booking links that go straight to your calendar.

  • Cold snaps

Menu and replies tuned for the rush

The after-hours branch and the AI assistant responses adjusted for burst-pipe and no-water calls, so urgent calls reach you first.

  • Slow weeks

    Estimates that went quiet

A follow-up to open water heater and repipe estimates from earlier in the year, while your schedule has room.
