Your own assistant

Run your whole business from one text thread.

Text one assistant like you’d text your best office manager, and it actually does the work. It knows your business, remembers everything, and runs your website, your customer list and your follow-up for you.

It drafts. You decide. Nothing goes to a customer until you say send.

Try it free for 14 days

Setup is billed only if you keep it. Trial usage is capped.

A short form, then you pick a time for a 30-minute call.

The problem

Sound like your day?

You’re on a roof, in a crawl space or behind the wheel. The office work waits until 10 at night. Here’s what that sounds like, and what your assistant does about it.

Phone and leads

  • “I missed a call on the job and lost the lead.”

It tells you who called, what they wanted, and drafts the callback text.

  • “I forget to follow up on quotes.”

A morning list of quotes going cold, with a follow-up ready to approve.

  • “Leads come in from 5 places.”

One question, “What came in today?”, covers calls, texts, forms and Facebook.

Office and admin

  • “I do paperwork at 10pm.”

Ask it in plain English from the truck. It drafts the email, the estimate follow-up, the review request.

  • “I can’t find that customer’s info.”

“What’s the address for the Johnson job?” Answered in seconds.

  • “My calendar is a mess.”

“What’s tomorrow look like?” or “Move the Smith estimate to Thursday at 2.” It checks with you first.

  • “I keep re-explaining my business to AI.”

It remembers your prices, crews, service area, rules and how you like things said.

Marketing and reputation

  • “I never ask for reviews.”

It reminds you who finished this week and drafts the ask.

  • “My website is out of date.”

“Add the new spray foam photos to the site” goes to the Northline team. You get told when it’s done.

  • “I don’t post on social.”

It drafts the post from your job photos for your OK.

Money and visibility

  • “I don’t know if marketing is working.”

A Monday report: calls, leads, booked jobs and where they came from.

  • “Who owes me? What’s still open?”

Open quotes and jobs, listed when you ask (whatever is in your Northline Command).

The little stuff

  • “I can’t keep it all in my head.”

“Remind me Friday to order foam.” Weather at the job site. Quick research with sources, like “what’s the attic R-value code in Idaho?” Voice notes in and out.

  • One chat thread
  • One memory
  • Does the work
  • Tells you when it’s done

ChatGPT or Claude in one tab, another app on your phone: none of them remember each other, and most forget you between chats. You re-explain your business every time.

They can talk, but they can’t do. They can’t look up who called today, move a lead, book the estimate or send the follow-up. You still copy and paste everything yourself.

They don’t know your customers, your prices, your crew or your rules.

Your assistant: one chat, one memory, plugged into your phone line, your website and your customer list. It remembers last Tuesday. It does the thing, then tells you it’s done.

How it works

How it works.

  1. We set it up on your account.

We connect it to your Northline Command, your phone line and your website, and put the chat on your phone with you.

  2. It learns your business in a week.

Your services, prices you choose to share, crew, hours, service area and rules. Correct it once and it keeps the lesson.

  3. You text it like a person.

Ask, tell, send a photo or a voice note. It answers, drafts, and does the work once you say yes.

Safety

You stay in control.

  • It never texts a customer without your OK.

It drafts, you approve. The same goes for emails, bookings, money and deleting anything.

  • Your data is yours alone.

It’s set up for your business only. Your data is never shared with other businesses.

  • You can see everything it did.

Every message, draft and change is right there in the chat.

  • Switch it off anytime.

Say the word and it stops.

Why it’s worth it

What it takes off your plate.

Without it, this work lands on you or on someone you pay:

  • An office manager’s time: lookups, callbacks and chasing quotes.
  • A virtual assistant for drafts, emails and reminders.
  • A reminder app you forget to open.
  • A weekly report somebody has to build.
  • A marketing helper for posts and review requests.
What you get
Run your business from your phone.
Why it works

Optional

Optional upgrade: your own dedicated Mac with iMessage

Your assistant runs on its own Mac mini, set up just for your business, and you text it in your regular Messages app (blue bubbles) instead of a separate app.

+$97/month, no extra setup fee

Not part of the standard plan. Add it only if you want it.

What you get

  • It uses the texting app you already have.
  • A dedicated machine that only your business uses.
  • Nothing new to install on your phone.
  • We monitor it and fix it remotely.

Honest notes

  • It’s for you and your team talking to your assistant, not for texting customers. Customer texts stay in your Northline Command inbox, where every conversation is tracked.
  • The Mac stays Northline’s property and is returned if you cancel.
  • It needs power and internet wherever it lives. If it’s unplugged, it’s offline until it’s back.

Fair questions

Questions owners ask.

I’m not techy.

If you can text, you can use it. We set it up with you, and you talk to it like you’d talk to a person.

Will it text my customers by itself?

Never. It drafts, you approve. Nothing goes to a customer until you say send.

Is my data safe and private?

It’s yours only. Your assistant is set up for your business, and your data is never shared with other businesses.

Isn’t this just another chat app?

A chat app can’t see your customers, doesn’t remember your business and can’t do anything in your system. This does.

What if it gets something wrong?

It asks before anything that matters, and you correct it once. It keeps the lesson.

What do I need?

A phone you can text from. The assistant comes with the Automated Revenue System, because it works from your Northline Command. We set it up with you.

What does it cost if I use it a lot?

Your monthly includes $75 of usage for the whole system, your assistant included. Above that, you pay what it costs plus 5%.

Can I cancel?

Yes. After the first 6 months it’s month to month: give 30 days’ notice and it stops. Stop during the 14-day free trial and you pay nothing, setup included.

This is how I run my own company.

I run Northline from one chat with my assistant, Bill. Website changes, my customer list, client follow-up, email drafts, reports: I text Bill from my phone, it does the work, then it tells me it’s done.

Your assistant works the same way, set up for your business.
