If it does, the agreement and payment link come before the call ends, and the offer stays open for 7 days. The price is the same for every client, so there's nothing to negotiate.

The routine steps run on their own, 24/7, whether or not anyone at Northline is at a desk. The decisions about what the system says and does are made by a person.
What AI and automation do
- Sends every new lead a first reply within 60 seconds, day or night: email always, text when the person consented and your texting is approved.
- Screens calls with the SpamBlock menu, so your phone rings for callers who pick an option, and saves each one as a lead.
- Answers the questions you approved on text, chat and supported social messaging, qualifies, books and hands off. It says it is an AI assistant when asked.
- Sends reminders, recovers no-shows, follows up on estimates and asks for a review after the job.
- Sends you a plain-English summary every week, with a list of the leads and estimates that are slipping.
What KC does
- Builds your website, your Northline Command workspace and your phone line during setup.
- Sets the AI's questions, answers and limits with you, so it only says what you approved.
- Looks at how the system is running and tunes it each month: the AI tune-up from its real conversations, one bundled change and the strategy call.

What you won't find on this site.
No made-up numbers, borrowed logos or testimonials we can't back up. Examples are labelled as examples. A customer's results appear here only with their permission and records behind them. Until then, the best evidence is the system itself, shown live on the call.
