How it works

One lead, from the first ring to the weekly report.

Here is what the Automated Revenue System does with a single inquiry, step by step. Your website, phone line, AI assistant and follow-up work as one system, so the next step happens while you're on a job.

Illustrative example: how the system is set up to work. Not a customer record or a result.

  1. Step 1

The phone rings, or a form comes in.

A homeowner calls your business line or fills in the form on your website. A text, website chat or supported social message works the same way.

Calls meet SpamBlock first: a short keypress menu set for your trade, with an after-hours branch. Pressing a key rings your phone. Robocalls can’t press through, so your phone rings for real callers.

Every caller who picks an option is saved as a lead, even when nobody answers. Voicemail goes on the lead record.

Two ways a lead comes inA phone call goes through the SpamBlock menu, then rings your phone; a missed call leaves a voicemail and gets a text back. A website form or chat goes straight in. Both end up as a lead in Northline Command with a first reply within 60 seconds.Phone callWebsite form, chat or textSpamBlock menu“Press 1 for an estimate”Your phone ringsMissed? 2. Step 2

A reply goes out within 60 seconds.

Every new lead gets its first automated response within 60 seconds, day or night. Email always goes out; a text goes out when the person consented and your texting registration is approved.

A missed call gets an automatic text back once texting is approved, so the caller knows you got it.

  3. Step 3

The AI assistant qualifies and books.

On text and chat, the AI assistant answers the questions you approved and checks the basics against your rules: service area and job type. It says it is an AI assistant when asked.

A qualified lead picks an open time on your calendar and gets a confirmation. Anything outside your rules is handed to your team instead of guessed at.

  4. Step 4

Reminders keep the visit on the schedule.

Confirmations and reminders go out before the appointment. If someone misses it, no-show recovery follows up to rebook.

If you sent an estimate and it is still open, estimate follow-up keeps the conversation going.

  5. Step 5

    Your team does the job.

The conversation, the answers and the appointment are waiting in Northline Command. Your team runs the estimate, closes the work and does the job.

Northline doesn’t answer, call or text your leads. The system handles routine response; your people handle the customer.

  6. Step 6

A review request goes out after the job.

After every job, the customer gets a review request, so new Google reviews keep arriving without anyone remembering to ask.

  7. Step 7

    You get the weekly report.

Every week, a plain-English summary: leads by source, response time, estimates sent, jobs booked and pipeline value.

With it comes a dropped-ball report: unanswered leads, estimates older than 3 days and missed calls not returned, so nothing slips quietly.

Then it keeps going, every month.

Behind the journey, Northline keeps the system healthy and improves it: uptime and path checks, a monthly report, an AI assistant tune-up, Google Business Profile upkeep, local citations and earned links.
