Voice and missed-call response
Your phone rings first by default. If you cannot answer, the voice assistant can take the call as overflow. If the call is still missed, an automated text goes out within 60 seconds.
For solo operators
You are in a showing, on a job site, or driving. Your phone can ring you first, then the Foundry Solo voice assistant answers as overflow, handles approved questions, and books the next step while you are still busy.
If a call is still missed—or a website inquiry arrives—automated text response goes out within 60 seconds, 24/7.
$497/month · $750 setup. Website build included. Six-month initial term, then month-to-month. Usage billed separately.

The problem
You may already have enough people reaching out. What you do not have is a spare hour to chase every one of them.
01The call comes in while you are with a client.
02You mean to call back tonight—then tonight gets busy.
03The lead speaks with someone else before you reconnect.
04The follow-up that might have won the work never happens.
You do not need another reminder to follow up. You need the response and follow-up to run when you are unavailable.
What you get
Your phone rings first by default. If you cannot answer, the voice assistant can take the call as overflow. If the call is still missed, an automated text goes out within 60 seconds.
It works from the services, answers, qualification rules, and handoff boundaries you approve during setup.
Qualified leads can select an available next step without a long phone-tag thread.
Your configured sequence continues until the lead books, opts out, or reaches the handoff point you set.
Calls, texts, forms, appointments, and next actions stay visible in one simple operating view.
After the completed-work trigger you approve, the system can send a review request without another manual reminder.
What it is not
Foundry Solo is the system. Nobody from Northline manually works your leads. You build the relationship and close the deal.
Northline builds a streamlined website and booking flow from the approved Solo layouts. Fully custom design, copy, and development belong in full Foundry or a separate website project.
Solo gives you one focused pipeline that runs the lead workflow. It is not a broad database-consolidation project.
The price is flat. Northline does not take a percentage of your commission or collected revenue.

How setup works
Tell us what you sell, the questions leads ask, how the assistant should sound, and where it must hand off to you.
Northline deploys the standardized system, connects your number and calendar, and configures the assistant.
You test the assistant, adjust the wording, and confirm what it is allowed to say and do.
The system starts answering and following up. You receive a weekly summary of activity and items waiting on you.
Setup timing depends on complete intake, access to the connected services, and carrier approval for business text messaging.
