Where revenue slips

Good leads lose momentum when no one owns what happens next.

01

A new inquiry arrives

The team is busy doing the work.

02

The first reply goes out

The rest of the follow-up has no clear owner.

03

The CRM gets updated

It records activity without driving the next move.

04

The opportunity closes—or fades

No one can clearly connect the outcome to the work behind it.

Foundry gives each inquiry a clear path from first response to a known outcome.

How the work moves

One loop from inquiry to revenue

Northline uses the Foundry Revenue Loop to keep each agreed inbound lead moving—from capture through follow-up and into a reconciled outcome.

  1. 01Capture
  2. 02Respond
  3. 03Qualify
  4. 04Schedule
  5. 05Follow Up
  6. 06Reconcile

Each outcome makes the next cycle sharper: what to route, what to ask, where follow-up slows down, and which revenue belongs to the serviced pipeline.

More than software

A CRM records activity. Foundry keeps it moving.

The difference is ongoing ownership of the work, not another dashboard for your team to monitor.

What works together

Five connected parts, working from one record

Every part supports the same measurable path, so your team is not left stitching together another stack of disconnected tools.

Northline Chat

Keep the conversation when the team changes.

Northline Chat is a private, Slack-style internal workspace for your team, with a connected AI agent that understands the business.

WhatsApp groups and personal threads are convenient until they start carrying business operations. When someone leaves, the context and access should not leave with them.

Northline Chat keeps rooms, conversation history, and Business Knowledge in a company-controlled workspace. Add someone in one click, remove access when a role changes, and give every authorized user the AI agent connected to that business's subaccount.

Hands-on operation

Northline stays in the workflow after launch.

Northline operates agreed lead response, qualification, scheduling, follow-up, pipeline management, and revenue reconciliation.

  • Monitor agreed inbound queues
  • Respond within approved coverage rules
  • Capture qualification context
  • Schedule or route the correct next step
  • Run documented follow-up
  • Maintain stages and reconcile outcomes

Your first 90 days

Connect the system, run the workflow, then improve it.

The work moves through four stages. Exact timing still depends on scope, access, source-system readiness, and third-party availability.

  1. 01

    Understand the baseline

Map where demand comes from, who owns each response, how work gets booked, and where revenue is recorded.

  2. 02

    Connect the system

Rebuild the website, configure capture, connect Northline Command, and approve the routing rules.

  3. 03

    Run the lead flow

Begin agreed lead servicing and keep every response, qualification, appointment, and follow-up current.

  4. 04

    Tune with evidence

Find the measured bottlenecks, improve the workflow, and reconcile collected revenue.

Who owns what

Northline works the lead flow. Your team delivers the work.

Northline is responsible for

  • Agreed lead response and qualification
  • Scheduling and approved routing
  • Documented follow-up
  • Pipeline management inside Northline Command
  • Revenue reconciliation for serviced leads
  • Weekly operating review and tuning

The client is responsible for

Client retains technical pricing, final closing authority, delivery, and fulfillment.

  • Provide timely access, accurate business rules, calendars, and source-of-truth payment records.
  • Maintain service capacity and make final decisions outside Northline's agreed authority.
  • Deliver the work and maintain the customer relationship after handoff.

How progress is measured

Every lead leaves a clear operating trail.

Until Northline can publish a verified Foundry customer outcome, the honest proof is what the system records and what both sides can reconcile.

Who Foundry is for

The best results start with the right operating fit.

Likely a strong fit

  • Service businesses with consistent inbound calls or forms
  • Teams that can take on more qualified work
  • Owners willing to connect lead, booking, and collected-revenue data

You also need an accountable owner, access to operating records, and willingness to let Northline run the agreed workflow.

Not a fit yet

  • Businesses still searching for product-market fit
  • Teams without enough lead volume to measure
  • Businesses that cannot respond to or fulfill additional demand

It is also not a fit if you want software without an operator, cannot connect outcomes to collected revenue, or expect Northline to own technical pricing and fulfillment.

Pricing

A clear base fee, plus a defined share of serviced revenue

The base pays for the managed system and operating work. The performance fee applies only to the serviced revenue defined below.

$2,500/month

Plus 3% of Net Collected Revenue from Northline-Serviced Leads.

90-day initial term, then month-to-month.

Website rebuild included with no separate build fee. Third-party software, media, telephony, messaging, and usage costs are separate unless the signed proposal expressly includes them.

Northline-Serviced Lead
An eligible inbound lead that receives a documented Northline response, qualification, scheduling, or follow-up action before buying its first job or contract within 180 days.
Net Collected Revenue
Customer cash actually received for the qualifying first job or contract, less taxes, refunds, credits, chargebacks, financing interest and fees, permits, and separately itemized pass-through expenses.

No fee applies to unpaid invoices, unrelated repeat purchases, lifetime customer revenue, or leads handled entirely by the client without a documented Northline servicing action.

Built to stay yours

Your business should never be trapped in someone else’s system.

Accounts and data

The client retains its accounts and business data.

Client-specific work

Paid client-specific deliverables transfer after full payment, subject to the engagement agreement and third-party platform terms.

Methods and platforms

Northline retains its pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how. Third-party products remain subject to their own terms.

Northline does not guarantee revenue. Results still depend on demand, lead quality, client pricing, technical estimates, closing decisions, capacity, delivery, fulfillment, and market conditions.

Common questions

The details worth understanding before we work together

What is the Foundry Revenue System?

Northline Systems' primary revenue system for established service businesses: a website rebuild included with no separate build fee, Northline Chat—a private internal team workspace with a subaccount-connected AI agent—a custom lead agent, Northline Command—Northline's managed CRM/client workspace—and Northline-operated response, qualification, scheduling, follow-up, pipeline management, and revenue reconciliation. Northline services inbound leads through response, qualification, scheduling, follow-up, CRM stages, and revenue reporting.

Who should apply?

Established service businesses with consistent inbound calls or forms, capacity for additional qualified work, and willingness to connect lead, booking, and revenue data.

What does the Foundry Revenue System cost?

$2,500 per month for an initial 90-day term, then month-to-month. Plus 3% of Net Collected Revenue from Northline-Serviced Leads.

How is the 3% fee calculated?

It is 3% of Net Collected Revenue from Northline-Serviced Leads, calculated monthly in arrears. A Northline-Serviced Lead is an eligible inbound lead that receives a documented Northline response, qualification, scheduling, or follow-up action and buys its first job or contract within 180 days. Net Collected Revenue excludes taxes, refunds, chargebacks, financing fees, permits, and separately itemized pass-through expenses.

Is the website included?

Yes. A free modern website rebuild and conversion path are included with the Foundry Revenue System at no separate build fee. The site is built as a durable foundation the business can own and grow with.

How quickly does it start?

Implementation timing depends on approved scope, access, source-system readiness, and third-party availability. Northline tunes the connected workflow over the initial 90 days without promising a specific go-live interval.

Can Northline use our existing tools?

Often. The teardown identifies what should stay, what needs to connect to Northline Command, and what creates duplicate work or risk. Third-party software, usage, telephony, and media costs are separate unless a proposal says otherwise.

Who owns the work and data?

The client retains its accounts and data. Client-specific paid deliverables transfer after full payment as described in the engagement agreement. Northline retains its pre-existing methods, templates, and general know-how.

Does Northline guarantee revenue?

No. Northline services the agreed inbound pipeline, but results still depend on lead quality, demand, client pricing, technical estimates, final closing decisions, service capacity, fulfillment, and market conditions. The Foundry Revenue System measures the operating path; it does not guarantee a particular outcome.

What is Northline Chat?

Northline Chat is Foundry's private internal, company-controlled team workspace—not a website visitor chat widget. Authorized users can collaborate in persistent rooms and chat with the AI agent connected to their business subaccount. Add or remove users without losing the company's conversation history or Business Knowledge to personal group texts.

Next step

Let’s see whether Foundry fits your demand, capacity, and team.

The five-minute application gives Northline enough context to review your lead flow, current handoffs, capacity, and measurement readiness. If the fit looks credible, we move to a focused Fit Review—not a pressure call.

Application → Northline review → Fit Review → written scope if both sides agree. Submitting does not create a services agreement.
