Entry Point to Deployment
Before we build anything, we audit. Questionnaire, 90-minute discovery session, 48-hour research sprint through your funnel and operations, then a working prototype demoed live. You leave with a systems teardown and a scoped 90-day deployment plan. $3,500, credited toward your first month. Every engagement starts here.

You receive a customized intake questionnaire 48 hours beforehand. On the discovery call, we map your operation: revenue flows, problem areas, where time and money leak, what gets automated first. 90 minutes. This isn't a pitch.
48 hours of focused work on your engagement. We tear down your current systems (CRM, pipeline, intake, reporting), build a working prototype of your first automation (usually AI-powered intake or lead qualification), and put together the deployment plan.
90-minute call. You see the prototype running live with your workflow. You also receive:
Remote by default. Available for organizations anywhere in the U.S.
The audit is for operators with real revenue, real customers, and no technical leadership on staff. Industrial, trades, equipment, construction, logistics, B2B services. If your CRM is a contact list, your pipeline lives in email, leads wait days for a reply, and reporting is a spreadsheet someone assembles by hand, the audit answers what comes next.
If the audit is a fit, we build one of the two retainer models: Embedded ($6,500/mo, about a day a week) or Forward Deployed ($11,000/mo, two days a week, on-site where we can). Either way, the first 90 days is build-heavy. Weekly ships. Working software every Friday. We own the deployment roadmap. After 90 days it moves to quarterly billing at a preferred rate, and we stay embedded until the systems run without us watching.
You keep everything. The assessment, the policy, the framework, the prototype. Standalone value. The $3,500 fee only converts to a credit if you sign a retainer.
Kyle Cunningham. The person who designs the system is the person who audits it, builds it, and answers your phone when something breaks. No account managers, no offshore teams, no subcontractors.
Yes. Most businesses that need “private” AI are genuinely better served by enterprise cloud AI (Azure OpenAI) with proper data agreements and tenancy — real on-prem hardware needs $200K+ in compute to run serious models. But for the rare client whose data truly can't touch a third party, private AI is an add-on we scope during the audit. The core retainer work is the same: CRM, pipelines, intake automation, content, reporting, outbound.
We'll talk about your business, confirm this makes sense, and schedule the audit if it's a fit. No pitch.
